Campaign Manager- Marketing

The Role

As the Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build, execute, and analyze the results of lead generation programs. You will make recommendations for maximizing the success of these programs by using a diverse mix of tactics including email nurtures, webinars, events, display ads, and ABM. You will also leverage marketing tools, such as Hubspot to optimize targeting, list building and reporting. You are detail oriented, a problem solving, big picture thinker and must be passionate about working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns in support of the Demand Generation and Events Marketing team
  • Manage and carry out high volume, targeted, online lead generation programs 
  • Manage Webinar and Event logistics, execution and vendors
  • Develop and execute email nurture programs that effectively accelerate leads through the pipeline
  • Leverage a growing portfolio of tools such as Hubspot, PFL, LinkedIn, Facebook, Paid Search, ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator. 
  • Analyze dashboards for reporting, allowing for seamless tracking of all campaigns and events in conjunction with Marketing Operations.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • You have 3+ years experience in a marketing campaigns and events role for a B2B company
  • You have experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub
  • You have exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • You are naturally curious, a self-starter and enjoy working in a team setting
  • You love problem solving and coming up with creative solutions to improve existing process
