Implementation & Delivery Specialist – French-Speaking

The Role

As an AceUp Implementation & Delivery Specialist – French-Speaking,  you are responsible for the technical delivery and success of our client engagements. You’re a key member of AceUp’s Implementation & Delivery team and collaborate closely with others. This position reports to the VP of Client Delivery.

Who You Are

You thrive in a fast-paced B2B startup environment and take pride in your accountability and attention to detail. You collaborate closely with other internal teams to provide excellence and efficiency in client onboarding and delivery. You fully own mistakes and use them as learning opportunities. You are the “go-to” person for the I&D Team to keep account operations running optimally.


What You Do

  • Participate in Sales to Service handoff
  • Update key fields in platform and CRM following Sales to Service handoff
  • Manage coach engagement alignment
  • Participate in client Engagement Alignment Meeting
  • Update key information in HubSpot CRM to ensure account alignment
  • Set up and activate company accounts on platform
  • Set up and activate coachee and company admin accounts on platform
  • Reach out to coaches to update availability as needed
  • Account specific 1:1 coach management
  • Prep baseline data deck and participate in baseline data review
  • Manage account specific Group Coaching details including: competency focus, cadences, cohorts, and coachee platform enrollment
  • Account specific Group Coaching coach management
  • Participate in Launch Workshop and send Launch workshop follow up email (includes 360 process overview, CCM and next steps)
  • Run 360 process including: set up, enroll coachees, activate, launch, wrap up and report generation
  • 360 wrap up process, generate report and share with coach
  • Build and deploy monthly status updates
  • Access CSAT and NPS results in CRM
  • Set up, enroll coachees & activate Behavioral Change Survey
  • Enlist coaches support in Behavioral Change Survey completion
  • Manage open enrollment onboarding
  • Manage coachee offboarding
  • Manage 6 month cohort transitions 



  • Language proficiency in English and French (oral and written) is required.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in Implementation & Delivery, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role.
  • Ability to multitask, work within deadlines, iterate quickly and shift gears in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers. 
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
  • Bias for action.
  • Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude.
