Senior Business Development Representative
The Role
As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage with potential customers. You will identify how AceUp could help organizations grow, and successfully position the value proposition, to create a more human- centered leadership approach, at scale, throughout organizations.

What You Do
- Qualify and schedule meetings for our Sales team to bring a human- centered leadership approach at scale to organizations
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align and deliver on quarterly goals
- Identify, prospect and qualify by engaging through calls, emails, video’s, social selling, building relationships, direct mail etc…
- Stay up to date on new product releases and competitor intel to clearly define and differentiate AceUp
- Fully utilize all AceUp sales automation and prospecting tools
- Provide feedback on what resonates with prospects, paving the way for a high performing team conversions
- Leverage new and innovative ideas for building a quality pipeline
- Work closely with Marketing Operations to create dashboards to report and track progress
Requirements
- 2-3 years previous Inside Sales experience
- Proven experience in developing relationships
- A demonstrative history of using social selling skills and practices to convert qualified leads into pipeline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with HR, People Operations, Coaching, or Learning & Development
- Experience with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and website communication tools such as Drift or Vidyard
