The modern workplace is experiencing what may be the most rapid reinvention of work in our time. Leaders have a unique opportunity, and responsibility, to reevaluate, reimagine, and redefine how we work. This panel of leading academic thinkers will discuss how we can build effective leaders for the future of work that will create conditions to benefit employees, customers, and all stakeholders in the complex, uncertain environment of today’s business world.

Harvey Floyd II

UPenn/Wharton ExecEd Lecturer, Sr. Executive Coach

Harvey Floyd II is an organizational psychologist, senior executive coach and university lecturer who specializes in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), leading and managing complex change, executive development and coaching, and high performance teams. He is deeply committed to building thriving and inclusive organizational cultures.

Currently, Harvey holds Lecturer positions in the University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics Program (MSOD), and Wharton Executive Education (domestic/int’), where he teaches on Diversity and Inclusion in 21 Century Organizations, High Performance Teams, and Strategic Persuasion. As an Executive Coach at the Wharton School, Harvey serves as Lead Coach for the Executive Development Program (which includes High Performance Team Coaching), in addition to signature programs – the MBA, Executive MBA, and General Management Program (GMP). Harvey serves as a Faculty member at Team Diagnostics, LLC, supporting the development of team coaching practitioners, and an Adjunct Faculty in the U.S. State Department’s School of Leadership and Management at the Foreign Service Institute.

Dr. Woody Woodward

Professor and Program Lead, MS in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting

Michael “Dr. Woody” Woodward, PhD is an organizational psychologist, executive coach, speaker, and media personality. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM as a management consultant and has since become the author of the amazon.com top selling career book The You Plan. As a practitioner he works with clients on team challenges and building management/leadership capacity through thoughtful hiring, custom training/coaching programs and corporate retreats.

Dr. Woodward’s goal is to make the American work experience more positive, meaningful, and fun for everyone! He believes it all starts with teaching our leaders how to work through others by influencing positive action.

Regina Johnson

As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Regina leads all MarketCast human resources and people initiatives, including shaping our employee experience, driving talent management, and building our diversity and inclusion strategy with our teams around the globe.

Regina has spent her career working as a people leader for businesses that have data analytics, research and technology at their core. Before joining MarketCast, Regina headed human resources at Western Asset Management, a global investment firm, where she established their diversity and inclusion strategy companywide. Prior to Western Asset Management, Regina led human resources for Spireon, an automotive analytics organization.

Additionally, Regina is a board member of The Moxie Exchange, a women-owned technology and learning organization dedicated to driving equity and inclusion in organizations big and small.
