I am a certified executive coach working globally with CEOs and senior executives. Previously I worked with founders and CEOs to scale up companies. This experience and behind the curtain observations built my insights and extensive understanding of the outcomes of self beliefs, mindsets and self narratives that results in either high performance or derailing behaviors. I am driven by curiosity to find the untapped capabilities that hide behind behavior patterns. I believe each client has an imprint of genius and is whole, capable, and resourceful. My coaching uses principles of transformational change, emotional and relational intelligence, brain science, and the Enneagram. This is coupled with my experience in leadership roles, corporate officer role, taking a company public, corporate operations, venture backed companies, and HR.
