When I was looking for a new partner and I had my initial conversations with AceUp, there were a few things that jumped out at me. One was their commitment to quality. They have scaled at a pace where they’ve been able to ensure quality of coaching across the clients that they serve.
Secondly, I’m a huge proponent of coaching at different levels in the organization. I can remember early in my career sitting around a table and thinking, why are we only deploying coaches at the highest levels? So when platform coaching was introduced, being able to invest in high potentials, being able to invest in middle management and being able to invest at the executive level, and then also bringing team coaching to the organization where you just had multiple levers to pull, and that was really compelling.
