Accelerate DEI with a Culture of Coaching

Empower Your People to Push for Progress

With the Great Resignation upon us, businesses can’t afford to lose their talent and it’s workplaces rooted in diversity and belonging that are thriving in today’s world. But DE&I isn’t just a box you can check off – it demands difficult conversations and systemic change that leaves many business leaders unsure of where to start. A culture of coaching can help foster a long-term culture of inclusion and belonging by empowering your people to take action. Together.

Meghan Mahoney, founder and principal of M2 Coaching, and James Lopata, AceUp’s VP of coaching supervision, will share ways to develop and sustain organizational cultures that work for everyone.
